How ordering works
How to send your logo and info
-
Fill in the brief
Pick your design. Its page asks for your team name, colours, the text you want on it and your logo — PNG, JPG or PSD — before it goes in your cart.
-
Pay for your order
Check out. Work starts once the order is paid — that always comes first. Your confirmation email lists everything you sent.
-
Anything else, send it after
Forgot a file or thought of something new? Reply to your confirmation email, or send it through the upload page.
Payment comes first — I do not start a design until the order is paid. After that, the turnaround clock starts when your files arrive, so the sooner you send them, the sooner it is back with you.
